Job descriptionIndividual psychotherapy Crisis intervention Psycho-pharmacotherapy Consultation / liaison Patient education Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. (compressed work schedule may be available) Competitive Pay : Based on your training, experience, and local labor market Annual Performance Pay : Up to an additional $15,000 per year Guaranteed Salary Increases No Employment Contracts : No non-compete clauses or restrictive covenants Generous PTO : 26 days vacation, 13 days sick leave, 11 federal holidays, plus 5 days for CME Retirement Plans : Federal Retirement Plan and a separate 401K with partial agency match Comprehensive Insurance : Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Education Debt Reduction Program : Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment Nationwide Mobility : Relocate without losing benefits, vacation, or pay Malpractice Coverage : Under federal tort laws Licensure : One unrestricted U.S. medical license allows you to work at any VA facility Year-round outdoor activities World-class resorts and golf courses A thriving culinary and cocktail scene Rich cultural institutions and arts Must be board-certified to receive the 5 days off for CME. This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Applicants must meet specific eligibility requirements and submit an EDRP application within four months of their start date.
