Job Summary : We are seeking a driven and passionate Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals by acquiring new customers and expanding business within existing relationships. You will promote our diverse product offerings and services to enhance the operations of our clients. Engagement with clients and partners is essential to drive product growth and support educational initiatives through training and co-hosted programs.
Location : This position operates primarily in Southern California, from the border to Bakersfield.
Compensation : Competitive base salary range : $150,000.00 / yr - $165,000.00 / yr.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives within your assigned territory.
- Conduct effective sales and service calls across various sectors, including Retail, Dental Labs, Government, and Academic Institutions.
- Participate actively in industry events such as trade shows, dental society meetings, and professional conferences.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, including office managers, dentists, and other key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with team members and distribution partners to uncover and pursue new business opportunities.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and educational content through webinars and live sessions.
- Utilize CRM tools and territory management platforms to track sales progress and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to align with organizational goals.
- Cross-promote our full range of products and services to enhance client offerings.
- Effectively manage budgets, submit timely expense reports, and coordinate travel schedules.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, or successful completion of a relevant sales program.At least 1 year of experience within the dental industry, particularly with dental implants, offices, or labs.Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to clients.Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach.Familiarity with business applications such as Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite.A valid driver's license and travel insurance are required.Seniority Level
