Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring for a 1-year contract hybrid role in Irvine, California. Occasional on-site in office. Team is an in-house creative studio.
In this role, you’ll join the Digital Lab Banner team, supporting and creating iterative banner content for US Commercial marketing teams. You’ll leverage existing assets to build and refine banners, conduct A / B testing, and manage inventories while collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance engagement rates and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Create iterative banner content for A / B tests using the Digital Lab banner platform and technologies, leveraging existing banners, cloning, and building test-and-learn content to improve engagement rates.
- Use graphic design tools, media, and / or technologies to create and iterate from a single concept or asset.
- Collaborate with teams to gather feedback and manage design projects involving multiple iterations and refinements.
- Update banner inventory for brands to support an enterprise view of banner types and recommend when new enterprise banner templates should be created for all brands to leverage.
- Update and maintain banner component inventory for brands.
- Provide enhancement ideas and identify issues with the banner content creation tool to inform the product owner’s enhancement roadmap.
Qualifications
3 years of banner marketing experience creating, building, and executing banners.3+ years of experience with design software and technologies (InDesign, Figma, Photoshop, artificial intelligence, or similar).Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.Ability to think strategically with strong execution skills to exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong client service and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical individuals.Experience in pharma or agency (preferred).Benefits
