Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep knowledge of all construction sub-trades. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee all daily construction activities at the job site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain a safe and clean jobsite in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Interpret and execute construction blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship that adhere to original project designs and specifications.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, timesheets, and update project schedules regularly.
• Verify the scope of work completed by subcontractors and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Foster a positive and productive jobsite environment with a focus on teamwork and efficiency.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by project demands.
