Millwright Industrial & Mechanical Systems

Key Responsibilities :
- Machinery Installation & Setup : Interpret technical drawings and layout plans to install mechanical systems with precision.
- Preventive Maintenance & Repairs : Diagnose mechanical issues, replace worn components, and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Precision Alignment & Calibration : Utilize tools like laser alignment systems, micrometers, and plumb bobs to meet exact specifications.
- Equipment Dismantling & Relocation : Safely disassemble and transport machinery using cranes, hoists, and rollers.
- Safety & Compliance : Adhere to OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols, including PPE usage and health screenings.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and inventory.
What You Bring :
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial or mechanical environments.Strong skills in blueprint reading, welding (MIG / TIG), fabrication, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, conduit bending, and mechanical systems.Proficiency with hand and power tools, and experience in equipment upgrades and retrofits.Certifications such as OSHA Safety Training or Red Seal (Canada) are highly valued.Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.Preferred Experience :
Working knowledge of stainless steel fabrication, plumbing, and carpentry.Background in industrial construction, general labor, and mechanical assembly.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
