Wild Bill's Tobacco is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Tech to maintain properties in the OHIO area. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of plumbing, construction, and electrical work, and may also work on exterior maintenance tasks such as painting, window replacement, and A / C condenser repairs.

Responsibilities :

• Conducting quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Conduct building walk-throughs for potential locations
• Conduct building measurements for potential locations
• Addressing security and safety issues
• Testing and recommending new maintenance products
• Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
• Documenting inspections and issues
• Performing landscaping, general maintenance, and pest control
• Managing an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
• Training junior staff if applicable

Qualifications :

Experience :

3 years of building maintenance experience

Requirements :

Must have valid driver license

Must be 21 years or older

Must be able to pass a background check

Working conditions :

Must be able to perform physical labor, including but not limited to lifting and carry objects, climbing ladders, maneuvering on uneven surfaces, bending and stooping, working in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time and working outdoors in inclement conditions hot or cold. Must not have a fear of heights, working in or around electricity.
