At Hanley Foundation, a non-profit organization based in West Palm Beach, we aim to eliminate addiction through prevention, treatment, advocacy, and recovery support. We seek a compassionate and organized Certified Nursing Assistant who shares our passion. In this role, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team and work alongside top-notch professionals to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Your role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is pivotal in our patient care. You will report directly to the Director of Nursing and be responsible for the safety and monitoring of patients who cannot perform their own activities of daily living (ADLs).

This is a full-time hourly paid position.

Two positions needed : Monday - Friday; 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM and Monday - Friday; 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Uphold all Hanley Foundation Health Care Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain client / potential client confidentiality following Hanley Foundation's Policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), which include, but are not limited to :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
