Job Summary :

The Endpoint Engineer IV will provide end-to-end technical support for hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring smooth IT operations and timely resolution of incidents. This role involves installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems, mobile devices, and user accounts, along with vendor coordination and security patch management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support using IT Infrastructure ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Install and configure Windows 7 and Windows XP operating systems.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and support Blackberry, iPhone, and iPad devices.
  • Provide end-to-end support for ADNT accounts, VPN access, and SafeBoot.
  • Coordinate with hardware vendors (HP, Dell) for spare parts and replacements.
  • Perform antivirus patch updates using McAfee or Symantec tools.
  • Configure Microsoft Outlook for corporate email accounts.
  • Troubleshoot and install hardware, software, network, MS Office, email, and wireless connections.
  • Ensure timely communication and escalation of unresolved tickets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents, changes, and resolutions.

Required Skills :

  • Experience with IT Infrastructure ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft Intune, MECM (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking.
  • Knowledge of antivirus management (McAfee, Symantec).
  • Strong understanding of VPN, Active Directory, and endpoint encryption.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and escalate issues promptly.
  • Preferred Skills :

    Understanding or certification in ITIL, MCP, or CCNA (certified or trained).

    Education :

    Formal college degree in Engineering (mandatory).
