Located at 237 Birch Street, Blountville, TN 37617 , this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers by answering inquiries related to accounts, procedures, and services via phone or email.
- Deliver outstanding service to customers and UniFirst team members.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including follow-ups on outstanding accounts and processing credits and exchanges.
- Support the Sales Department with administrative tasks.
- Conduct basic data entry and various administrative duties.
Qualifications :
Preferred 2 years of customer service experience in an administrative setting.Highly encouraged to have prior accounts receivable experience.High school diploma or GED equivalent recommended.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette.Essential skills include active listening, responsiveness, and a personable demeanor.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.).Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.A collaborative team player who can also work independently.Problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills.Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks such as walking short distances and sitting for extended periods.What's in it for you?
