Billing Analyst
The Billing Analyst plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the SkyTouch Hotel OS platform by managing day-to-day billing activities and ensuring accurate revenue reporting. This role is responsible for processing payments, reconciling billing entries, and resolving discrepancies across electronic, paper, and automated systems. The analyst collaborates cross-functionally with departments such as IT, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure billing accuracy and compliance. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Execute daily billing tasks for choiceADVANTAGE and SkyTouch Hotel OS customers.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
- Set up and validate contractual fees and special billing requests per corporate workflow.
- Reconcile monthly billing entries prior to billing runs and ensure accuracy.
- Process payments and adjustments in accordance with SOX compliance standards.
- Collect, manipulate, and analyze billing data to produce reports and dashboards.
- Perform root cause and ad hoc data analyses to support process improvements.
- Respond to customer inquiries via billing hotline and email, ensuring high-quality service.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Employment Experience :
35 years of experience in corporate billing and receivables, including customer service.Experience working with operational billing systems and functions.Technical Skills :
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas).Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.Experience with CRM and billing platforms preferred.Additional Skills & Competencies :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Salary Range :
The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $65,000 annually.
