• Work night shifts on a 46-bed medical surgical telemetry unit
• 4 beds designated for Intermediate Care (IMC) level of care
• Night nurse to patient ratio of 6 : 1
• PCT day ratio 8 : 1, PCT night ratio 8 : 1
• Care for adult patients 18 years and older
• Handle various specialties including plastic surgery procedures (skin grafts / flaps)
• Manage orthopedic patients including total hip and knee replacements
• Provide care for general surgery patients
• Monitor telemetry patients and provide intermediate level care when needed
• Work collaboratively with patient care technicians and healthcare team
• Massachusetts nursing license required
