Responsibilities

• Primary Focus : Lead the transition for new buildings joining Daisy, ensuring consistent and efficient execution of all steps.
• Serve as the main contact for board members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication during transitions.
• Collaborate with other departments in Daisy to identify and implement process improvements.
• Take ownership of projects, driving them to completion with minimal supervision.
• Identify and address underperformance and improve processes.
