What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day) :

Customer Service :

• Greet visitors, vendors, and employees with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Provide forms, information, and assistance as needed.
• Support staff with online training questions and help maintain a positive environment.
• Answer, screen, and forward calls, offering basic information as needed.
• Monitor voicemail and faxes, ensuring messages reach the appropriate team member.
• Help maintain office equipment and supplies.
• Assist with office opening / closing procedures and ensure visitor protocols are followed.

Clerical & Administrative Support :

Location : Brooklyn Park, MN

Work Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

Hourly Wage : $17.72 - $21.54 per hour
