Join our team in Griffin, GA as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk III, where your attention to detail and coordination skills will help power a global supply chain. In this fast-paced role, you'll be at the heart of our operations ensuring products move smoothly, accurately, and on time. What You Will Do :
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures
- Perform order filling, processing, and sorting / picking of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies
- Operate automated packaging equipment and participate in shipping and receiving operations
- Interact with multiple systems to record movement of materials and validate data accuracy
- Review and validate accuracy of receipts and supplier packing lists
- Coordinate with logistics and external carriers to schedule and track outbound loads and expedite shipments as needed
- Attach appropriate identifying tags or labels to materials and document relevant information for inventory and shipping purposes
- Utilize forklifts, sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes to assist in the loading, unloading, or movement of goods
- Communicate with internal teams, material coordinators, and accounts payable to address receiving discrepancies
- Prioritize inbound receipts based on receiving schedules and identify expedited parts for processing
- Accurately record units of materials moved or handled on a daily basis
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, supporting clean, organized, and efficient workspaces
What You Will Have :
Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, and / or order filling environmentFamiliarity with parts systems, procedures, and operations related to material handlingAbility to perform tasks independently with minimal supervisionBasic computer literacy, including the ability to input and retrieve data from systemsAbility to maintain accurate records and follow standardized work instructionsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalMechanical aptitude and general understanding of material movement tools and equipmentWhat Will Put You Ahead :
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointDemonstrated use of 5S principles and organizationForklift Certification, standing forklift preferredKnowledge of SAPPhysical Requirements :
The ability to occasionally lift parts up to 35 lbs. individually or up to 70 lbs. with a team liftThe ability to bend, reach, and squat while performing tasksThe ability to wear required personal protective equipment for assigned tasksThe ability to work in an environment with frequently changing temperaturesThe ability to stand and / or sit for extended periods while performing tasksAdditional Requirements :

Summary Pay Range : $20.76 - $26.51 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
