A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Central Region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of strategies and tactics for the Regional Sales team to achieve sales and profit quotas
Direct sales processes and metrics to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers while monitoring regional market trends
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years' sales management experience in the pre-hospital, EMS, medical industry, or B2B
Minimum of five years' field sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
Ability to build and sustain a cohesive sales team
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence others
Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
