Basic Functions : Manage residential water and fire damage repair and clean-up crews.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Manage and participate in residential insurance claim repairs and mitigation activities.
Communicate and interact regularly with homeowners / customers.
Use current technology (smartphones, tablets and laptops) to help manage and document job activities.
Exhibit courtesy and technical knowledge to customers.
Be able to be 'on-call' for pre-designated times to help with customer emergencies.
Compensation : $20-26 per hour depending on qualifications.
