Remote Support Services Analyst

Role Overview
We are growing our remote team and are looking for dependable customer-centered individuals who enjoy assisting clients and handling multiple this role you will help coordinate reservations and related services including accommodations activities transportation and event-based arrangements.

This position is ideal for individuals who communicate clearly stay organized and are comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
Support clients with planning and coordinating customized arrangements
Research compare and confirm reservation options based on client needs
Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations
Communicate professionally via email and phone
Assist with updates changes and service-related inquiries
Maintain organized accurate and confidential client records
Participate in training sessions and team meetings
