RN - Emergency Services - Night Everett, Washington Full Time
Overview
The RN in Emergency Services will provide expert, compassionate, patient-focused care during the night shift. This role requires critical thinking, clinical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast?paced emergency department setting. You will apply your nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care consistent with hospital standards.
- Apply specialized nursing training to assess and manage emergency patients.
- Perform emergency interventions as per established protocols and scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and ancillary staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Participate in continuous professional development and maintain certifications.
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Washington Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire.BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.Preferred Qualifications
National certification in Emergency Nursing or specialized area.Other Information
