HR Specialist - Agriculture Industry

Location : Near Porterville, CA

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join a well-established agriculture company near Porterville, CA. This role will support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws while providing excellent service to employees and management.

Responsibilities :

Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation

Administer employee records, benefits, and HR documentation

Assist with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions

Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures

Support payroll and timekeeping processes as needed

Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications :

2+ years of HR experience; agriculture or manufacturing industry experience a plus

Knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
