Maintenance Manager
Bachelor's (BA / BS) degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) required.
Minimum of 5+ years demonstrated ability to lead and coach employee performance in a manufacturing environment. Must include experience in supervising hourly and salary employees.
2+ years working directly with the maintenance and upkeep of material handling equipment.
2+ years in packaging automation, distribution processes, and mechanical systems involving power transmission through gearboxes and belts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills and the ability to solve advanced problems in complex situations.
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and / or public groups.
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, as well as financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Expert level analytical and quantitative skills with experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and / or schematics.
Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used to perform maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Understanding of predictive maintenance technologies such as thermography, vibration analysis, and air borne ultra-sound.
Must have an understanding of repairs and preventive / predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
Ability to travel as needed.
Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
