Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Zanesville, OH area for the 2025-2026 school year, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade. These roles are contract positions within a K-12 school setting, supporting both general education and special education students with a variety of speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student communication goals.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
  • Provide support for a diverse caseload including students with mixed disabilities.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification / licensure (CCC preferred).
  • Experience working with K-12 populations, including both general and special education.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills across a range of communication disorders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Positions Available :

  • Position 1 : Full-time, 5 days per week, located at East Muskingum.
  • Position 2 : Part-time, 4 days per week, located at New Lexington.
