Opportunity : Echo Technologist - EchoVascular Tech Job Details : - Work Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM - Call every 3rd weekend and rotational call during the week - No floating to other departments - Maximum 3 days for requested time off - Patient ratio : 1 to 1 - Perform echocardiograms, venous / arterial dopplers - Must demonstrate advanced knowledge and skill in trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms - Experience in placing intravenous lines and administration of IV medications desirable - EKG interpretation and cardiac / vascular stress testing experience preferred - Graduate of approved echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography program required - 2 years' experience in echo and vascular required - Vascular registration highly preferred - Registry preferred in echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography by ARDMS or CCI - BLS certification required - EMR systems : MedHost and CareStream - Scrub color : Any color except hunter green - Must live greater than 50 miles from facility Facility : This healthcare system provides comprehensive cardiovascular services with advanced diagnostic imaging capabilities.
