Rehab Director- SNF (PTA / COTA)

Azer Clinic is seeking a motivated, organized and energetic individual who is looking to be a leader at a busy rehabilitation facility.

Prior management experience is preferred but willing to train and develop the right individual.

Candidates will need strong communication skills, and passion for providing patient centered care.

Physical Therapist Assistants, and Occupational Therapist Assistants are encouraged to apply.
