What We Offer Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Assisted Living units only : Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living as scheduled and reporting any change in status to the Charge Nurse.

What We're Looking For + Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience : + One year preferred. + One year Assisted Living facilities only : experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required. + Licensure / Certification : + Completion of NAI program, required. + Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. + Medication Safety - AME, required. + NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. + Additional Skills (preferred) : Basic computer skills for documentation.
