Network Architect SME (TS / SCI)

Overview

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Network Architect Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support mission-critical operations for DoD and joint commands in Honolulu, HI. This on-site role demands deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and a proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable enterprise networks in classified and unclassified environments. Active TS / SCI clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement secure, scalable network solutions tailored to DoD enterprise environments.
• Lead network design efforts including firewall policy, routing protocols, QoS, and cloud-enablement strategies.
• Support cross-domain solutions and ensure compliance with DoD architecture frameworks and RMF.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in a Joint Operations Center, providing technical guidance and professional support.
• Deliver technical support across secure and non-secure networks.
• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with PACAF-specific mission requirements.
