A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries through various channels within established SLAs
Troubleshoot and escalate order and account issues to appropriate teams as needed
Document and categorize all customer interactions in the support system accurately
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or help desk environment
Proficiency with customer support platforms (e.g., Kustomer, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
Reliable internet connection
High emotional intelligence and adaptability in customer interactions
