We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires a proactive individual who is able to manage their time effectively while working fully remote.

• Responsibilities
• Reviewing and finalizing discovery requests.
• Reviewing complaints.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide sound legal advice.
• Maintaining accurate records of case progress and client communications.
• Experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the CA bar.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
• Strong analytical skills for effective legal research and case analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the court.

Pay : $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
