Position Overview :

The Electrical Superintendent will oversee commercial projects ranging from $500,000 to $3 million , ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in the field and is ready to help shape the future of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage field crews on commercial electrical projects

Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment needs

Ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget

Partner with project managers to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction

Provide mentorship and guidance to field staff

Qualifications :

5+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of NEC, safety standards, and commercial electrical systems

Proven ability to manage crews and oversee multiple phases of a project

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on projects in the $500K–$3M range
