• Covid test 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours before the start date
• Job Description :
• Ensure the prescreen is filled out and attached when submitting a candidate.
• Attach resume and license verification documents; incomplete applications will be declined.
• Preference for candidates with SNF experience, but not mandatory.
• Mandatory Covid test completion and results timeline before the start date.
• Complete the following credentialing checklist prior to submission :
