continue to grow, we're seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales
and marketing efforts.
Position Summary
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a
high-performing sales team, developing sales strategies, and overseeing marketing initiatives.
This leadership role will play a critical part in shaping Visionmakers International's market
presence, expanding our customer base, and ensuring the successful execution of sales
targets. He / She also directly sells and manages their own portfolio of high-end customers and
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and create plans to pursue them.
Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
Developing relationships with Architectural Firms and other Industry LeadersTeam Management
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the sales team.Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.Client & Deal Management
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Personally manage high-value deals and quotes.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Marketing Oversight
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales objectives.Oversee branding, digital presence, and promotional strategies.Monitor market trends and adjust marketing e ff orts accordingly.Reporting & Analytics
Analyze sales data and generate regular reports for senior leadership.Forecast sales performance and provide strategic recommendations.Monitor competitor activity and market shifts.Quali fi cations
Required :
Proven experience (7+ years) in sales leadership roles, preferably in masonryconstruction, architectural products, or high end doors / windows.
Demonstrated success in recruiting, managing and growing sales teams.Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems, and marketing strategy.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at a tactical level.Preferred :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fi eld (MBA a plus).Experience with high-end or luxury product sales.Knowledge of architectural, design, or construction industries.Established relationships in the Arizona market of residential architects, builders, and professional tradesBene fi ts :
