Regional Business Director (Pharma)

Reporting to the Vice President, North America, the Business Director will lead Croda's Pharmaceutical and Crop Care businesses across the region, with full accountability for Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. The role is responsible for shaping and executing a regional growth strategy, delivering revenue and gross margin targets across these two key markets, expanding the commercial pipeline, and identifying strategic opportunities, including partnerships and acquisitions.
