Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.

Assist Profit and Loss management by following cash control / security procedures, maintaining inventory and managing labor.

Friendly attitude, great customer service skills

Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize

Ability to oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while insuring that all proper food safety precautions are satisfied

Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions

Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).

Are You Qualified for the Job?

Education : High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred.

Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical / decision-making skills

Experience : Relevant supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility

Must be 18 years old.

Must pass background check criteria and drug test.

Able to stock shelves and coolers.

Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.

Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin.

Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.

Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time.
