Overview

Towne Properties is an employer of choice in the property management industry. We are growing and seeking talented individuals to join our team.

Position : Community Manager

Location : North Central Village - Columbus, OH

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000 per year, plus bonuses

Working Hours : Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to create a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure full compliance with LIHTC regulations.
• Manage leasing activities, including showing units and preparing lease agreements.
• Build relationships with residents, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with maintenance and administrative teams to maintain property standards.
• Monitor budgets, financials, and occupancy to maximize property success.
• Organize community events to enhance resident engagement.
• Enforce community policies, ensuring a safe and harmonious environment.

Qualifications

Required : More than 1 year of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry. LIHTC experience is REQUIRED, with a strong understanding of affordable housing programs. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control. Meticulous with strong written and verbal communication. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance. Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.
