The position requires a clean malpractice history and is open to new graduates who are ready to become Board Certified.

• Must be interested in covering both inpatient and outpatient services
• Required procedures :
• Fetal monitoring
• Low Risk Pregnancy History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis
• FHR Interpretation NST / CST / FSE
• OB ultrasounds Performance of and Interpretation
• Routine Delivery Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section
• Complicated Delivery C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, VBACs, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
• Office / Minor Gynecology IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP; Laparoscopic Diagnostic / Minor-Tubal Ligation, LOAs, Chromal Tubation
• Operative / Major (Includes Diagnostic) Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs
• Documentation System / EMR : Cerner, will convert to Epic in 2025
• Not accepting visa candidates
• Open to new graduate applicants who are Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) but MUST have plans to test and be Board Certified prior to start
• Not accepting Locums candidates
• Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency and to be BC within 1 year of employment) in OB / GYN - REQUIRED
• IL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Certified Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) - REQUIRED

Shift(s) Description :

Monday through Friday (clinic / surgery) + On call

Weekend Requirements :
