A company is looking for a Case Manager / PAP to support patient access initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients in accessing therapies by verifying benefits and addressing reimbursement issues
Engage with healthcare professionals and insurance companies to facilitate patient therapy initiation
Compile and analyze data on reimbursement trends for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of customer service / call center experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of experience, or High school diploma / GED with 8 years of experience
Minimum of 6 months experience working for AS+ or Tezspire Together HUB
Experience working in a regulatory environment and with both commercial and government payors
General knowledge of accounting principles, pharmacy operations, and medical claims
High School Diploma or GED required with at least two years of related experience
