Medical Office Specialists :

Healthcare professionals working at the front desk or in the office of a healthcare providers clinic, managing communications with patients, insurers, and staff. They must communicate well with patients, providers, and co-workers. Our specialists are key members ensuring high-quality, cost-effective healthcare aligned with our mission and values.

Position Summary :

• Perform patient care duties such as managing patient flow, assisting with walking, transfers, dressing, specimen collection, preparing for exams, taking patient history, and assisting with procedures.
• Handle clerical tasks like managing medical records, obtaining reports, completing forms, scheduling, verifying insurance, and maintaining accurate charts.
