Associate or Patent Agent

REQUIREMENTS

Seeking IP professionals with a technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or Electrical Engineering and hardware experience. Experience should include patent preparation and prosecution, and ideally experience drafting invalidity, and non-infringement opinions.
