Corporate Reporting Controller

A company is looking for a Lead Corporate Reporting Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full accounting cycle for US legal entities, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations

Prepare financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and manage sub-consolidation reporting

Coordinate annual audits and monitor compliance with financial obligations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA certification or equivalent is preferred

Experience with US GAAP and financial reporting

Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools

Experience in managing audits and compliance processes
