At ASR Sports Medicine we are in need of highly skilled orthopedic physical therapists for the Miami Beach market. ASR Sports Medicine isn't another high-volume mill. We are a physician-trusted, out-of-network performance clinic where every session is specifically tailored to the needs of the patient—no triple-booking, no tech "babysitters." The expectation is that our therapists get results quickly and efficiently. Patient demographics include everything from celebrities and professional athletes, to business executives and weekend warriors. Our focus is on quality of care above all else and we never book the therapists with 3-4 patients at once. ASR is focused on building a small, elite team of Orthopedic Physical Therapists who thrive on solving complex cases, love manual work, and aren't afraid to measure outcomes in weeks, not months.
What You'll Do :
- Own the entire continuum of care. Perform full-spectrum ortho & sports evaluations, set measurable goals, and progress patients from acute rehab to sport-specific return-to-play.
- Deliver results-driven manual therapy. Dry needling, joint and soft-tissue mobilization, cupping, IASTM, trigger-point, and whatever emerging techniques you master next.
- Educate & empower. Build customized home programs with HD video, track adherence with our digital platform, and coach clients on the full spectrum of conservative care.
- Collaborate like a pro. Coordinate with surgeons, sports physicians, chiropractors, and strength coaches to create seamless, multidisciplinary game plans.
- Track outcomes & showcase wins. We benchmark every case—strength, ROM, pain, return-to-sport—so you can prove your craft and refine it.
