• Speech-Language Pathologist
• to join our growing team and help children from birth to age 21 achieve meaningful developmental milestones in various settings, including clinics, home health, and telehealth.
• Responsibilities :
• Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills of individuals served.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress.
• Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills at home.
• Coordinate services effectively between home, clinic, and telehealth platforms.
• Must be willing to work a combination of home health and clinic ( exception : Home health only)
• Qualifications :
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure / certification as an SLP in Arizona.
• One year of experience as a speech therapist is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance (for home health visits).
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
