Your role will include serving as a clinical operational liaison, managing daily clinical operations, collaborating on budget development, fostering continuous improvement, mentoring staff, and assisting with nurse staffing. You will also support the Director of Nursing in quality improvement processes and assume their duties when needed.

Qualifications : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license, minimum 3 years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience, at least 2 years in nursing supervision in long-term care, BSN preferred, strong interpersonal and management skills, knowledge of MDS process, state nurse practice acts, and state and federal regulations. On-call availability required.
