Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, fostering executive-level relationships
Develop and implement growth strategies for account expansion and alignment on business outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer adoption, resolve challenges, and monitor account health metrics
Required Qualifications
8+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management in a SaaS or technology environment
Proven experience managing high-value enterprise customers and driving renewals and expansions
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
Demonstrated operational discipline in tracking customer health and metrics
Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams to enhance customer journeys
