Data Entry & Verification Specialist

Location : 100% Onsite - Beloit, WI

Pay Range : $18-$20 / hr (great yearly bonus)

Schedule : Flexible hours

About the Role :

We're seeking a focused and detail-oriented Data Entry & Verification Specialist to support high-volume invoice processing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, repetitive environment and values precision.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enter and verify invoice data in the processing system
  • Review discounts and ensure invoice accuracy
  • Process approximately 1,000 invoices per day
  • Maintain consistency and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

Requirements :

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stay focused and work independently
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Business casual dress code
