Minimum 4 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, ideally in casual conceptsExperience overseeing Area LeadersProven success managing operational KPIs including P&L, labor, and cost controlStrong leadership presence with a hands-on, people-first approachClear and effective communicator across all levels of the organizationMust Haves
