As a Behavior Technician, you make a difference in the lives of children with autism. You will provide one-on-one therapy, receive training and support, and work in a friendly environment focused on growth and development.
Key Responsibilities :
Work one-on-one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum DisorderTeach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills (ADLs)Maintain a fun, interactive, and organized environmentBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients and familiesDocument behaviors and collect dataCollaborate with the Speech and Occupational Therapy departmentsObtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety-Care TrainingSchedule and Shift Details :
