Purpose of Your Role

As part of our Investor Center, you will engage directly with clients, providing personalized guidance and financial planning while enhancing the Fidelity brand. You'll have access to a comprehensive product platform and top-tier resources to help you nurture existing client relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed or ability to obtain these upon hire.
  • The ability to present sophisticated solutions to a knowledgeable client base, establishing rapport and trust.
  • Degree or professional certifications are advantageous; we offer a Tuition Reimbursement program to assist with obtaining a CFP or degree if needed.

  • The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and other factors, with additional variable compensation based on eligibility.

    Fidelity provides a flexible work model, requiring associates to be onsite every other week (Monday to Friday) in a Fidelity office. Note that some roles may differ in remote or fully onsite requirements.
