Custom Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy practice with four locations treating various physical conditions across Reno and Sparks. Our number one priority is our patients. We provide personalized treatment with hands-on, compassionate care. We perform comprehensive evaluations and encourage patient input for treatment planning and goal setting. At Custom Physical Therapy, we focus on exceeding each patient's expectations in : the fun factor - laughter is good medicine! the clinical factor - superbly trained physical therapists! the professional factor - yes, you can be fun AND professional!

We are looking for the right person to join our team now! We function in a relaxed, motivating environment where staff and patients have fun while being professional and motivated to get the job done and help people heal. Being able to multi-task is a must and strong communication skills and a positive attitude are critical as well.

Core Job Duties :

• Greeting Visitors : Warmly welcoming guests as they enter the office, ensuring they are directed to the right person or department.
• Answering Phone Calls : Handling incoming calls, providing information, and transferring calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Scheduling Appointments : Managing calendars, booking meetings, and ensuring that appointments are organized.
• Administrative Support : Performing tasks like data entry, filing, and handling correspondence (emails, mail, etc.).
• Other projects as needed

Qualifications :

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $18.00 an hour. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
