Job description

Our client, a growth equity investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to support senior executives in New York, NY. The hours are 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm with some flexibility as needed. This role is hybrid, 4 days in office and 1 day remote, with occasional flexibility for 5 days as required.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage expense reporting
  • Support project initiatives, including tracking deliverables and preparing client-facing materials
  • Serve as liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and ad hoc team projects
  • Participate in office events, happy hours, and initiatives that support team culture

Job Requirements :

  • 2-3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level executives
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; polished and professional
  • Experience with CRM systems and client-facing support preferred
  • Comfortable working in finance or similar professional services environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player
  • Compensation / Benefits :
