Senior Planning Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Planning & Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Support financial planning and forecasting for the US R&D teams, including monthly forecasting and annual business plans

Manage SG&A expenses and CAPEX investments, ensuring data accuracy and financial commitments are met

Oversee operational processes and lead data analysis for KPI development and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field

5-7 years of experience in business planning, finance, or operational management roles

Proficiency in business-level English and Korean (reading, writing, speaking)

Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems preferred

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
