LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Rad - Diagnostic MD in Yonkers, New York, 10701!

About The Position

We are seeking a board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in New York, starting Jan 1, 2026. This remote position features overnight shifts, seven days per week from 12 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m. EST, with a high annual case volume and a strong focus on PET and MR imaging.

Responsibilities and Duties

Interpret a diverse mix of diagnostic radiology studies, including :

35% CT

6% MRI

2% Nuclear Medicine

22% Ultrasound

26% X-ray

Manage heavy PET and MR imaging volumes

Deliver high-quality, timely diagnostic reports in a remote setting

Collaborate with referring healthcare providers to support patient care

Maintain compliance with board certification and state licensure requirements

Additional Information

Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology required

New York state medical license required

Estimated annual volume : 20,160 studies

Fellowship not required
